    Meh!

Woke this morning as if I have a hangover, but the only thing I have been drinking is Tea, and squash so don't know what's happening here, feel like shite so probably another case of man-AIDs again....

Shall battle through today, and then will be having a chill out weekend, still cannot ride due to my groin, so will be watching Sky+'d programmage and eating badly....

Morning, 4 hours of sleep last night, half my usual prescribed amount, but I'm up and awake, I paked the car yesterday, Keswick here I come for a weekend of bicycling and much carousing!

It does mean there may be a Gazlar shaped hole to fill on here over the weekend, but i'm sure you will do your best to pack out my void [/vastly overinflated sense of self importance to a messageboard mode]

Anyway feel free to talk amongst yourselves, I'm gonna make like a banana and split

I'll pack your void in a minute

I'll split your banana in a minute

    Morning Homos

Final Day of TT today, Senior race day!

I shall be leaving shortly to take my space over the road before "Ze Chermans" move in with the towels!

There is a Yamaha parade lap first, then the Senior, then Higgins going round in the Scooby. Then home for a bite to eat, then back out to watch the stunts, the Vulcan and the Fireworks.

Today will be a goooooood day!

Morning nobs. I am in work, started my daily test in the lab and now contemplating what to do in the office. Caramel digestives are staring at me though begging to be battered to death by my teeth.

My new parts arrived last night, a new seat post for the 456 build and seat post clamp.

Oh, and my new skinny tyres for the commuter. But who gives a crap about that in the crud catcher.
Out with the old, in with the new here.

Good morning all! Awakeness fail today. Did 15 miles-ish on the bike last night round Hope/Ladybower. Survived relatively unscathed although I am still confused, how does one get covered in mud when it was not muddy and I didn't have an off ??hmmmmm.......strange things are afoot!

My left knee doesn't like me today, can hardly move it. Need to go back to the physio! I think it might fall off!

Today I am working, followed by yet more work this evening, and work all day tomorrow.....Meh

    Morning arsebandits

TFIF, which means holiday :D unlike gazlar I am not packed, hence frantic rushing round getting ready ( as you can see though I've prioritized and got myself on here, has to be done after) bikes already to go, just gotta chuck some stuff in the case and hit the road!!

Also unlike gaz, I doubt many of you will notice my absense so I bid thee all a fair well and try not to wreck the place

    Morning you 'orrible shower.

One of the blokes in the IT dept had leaving drinks last night so I've got a thumping hangover from mixing my drinks last night. Mind you, he had to be at Gatwick at 4am to get a flight to Portugal for a stag weekend and we're not sure if he made it to the airport :D . I have my 3/4 pint coffee mug full up for a bit of light relief while I try to do some sort of work - badly.

Aching a bit after my foray down the road and back up again on the crutches. Todays challenge will be to get to the bus stop and back.

    Work is meh, as usual.

And I have a weekend with nothing going on for a change, think I will invest in some quality sitting and eating.

    kisses

meh, 6000 words, 'tis nothing compared to the 800 page, 220,000 word project agreement I finished off last week. No wonder the bloody CD it's on is referred to as the Bible.

I've had cake for breakfast twice this week, 3 times for lunch, twice after dinner, cake at parties three times and once because it was the last piece and it looked lonely.

    Here was yesterday morning's effort:
