SPD SL shoes?

Hi,
Im new to road biking after coming over from MTB.
A bike I just bought comes with Dura Ace SPD SL pedals.
I see they are different to MTB SPD's and wont work with the shoes I have, so was wondering if anyone could recommend or provide a link to a goo pair of SPD road shoes I could buy that would fit these pedals.
Not watning to spend much money, looking for size - 44/45.

You could put MTB SPD pedals on the roadbike for less money. Loads of support on here for that. 3 roadbikes in my family with them on, and all our MTBs have them.
