What gear do you guys wear on your commute? I'm usually rocking something like this,

I must look like a right scruffy git

I think I might need to invest in a new summer wardrobe

Fashionable combos from Aldi & Lidls' ranges of cycling clothes for me. Oh and a pair of Diadora MTB shoes and a "last years model" Bell helmet. (I got them cheap)

Endura 3/4 baggies, cycling jersey ( at the moment I'm using those £10 clearance Planet-X jerseys that I stocked up on) and shimano m087 shoes.

Plus a helmet (Giro Animas) and a courier bag.

    Hi,
Trainers with a supportive sole. Loose, black light weight trousers, Polo shirt & windbreaker.

Recently, I've tended to buy some cycling orientated stuff- the trousers are Endura Humvees, the jacket's from Madison, but essentially they are pretty normal clothes.

    Cheers,
    W.

However, I don't wear my club kit to commute in - unless I forgot to do the laundry...Normally:

3/4 Lycra - or lycra shorts
    Baggy shorts
    Tee shirts (1 or 2)
    Arm warmers (if required)

If I'm going to work then usually what I'll wear at work, which at this time of year is some Craghoppers 3/4 type things and a T shirt, with an Endura gilet on top the last couple of months. I have some Specialized SPD shoes that I usually change for some trainers under my desk if I'm going to be walking about much and I can be bothered.

Asprilla, nice kit! Was thinking of getting a Molteni top myself but sadly you got there first and I don't want to kill the exclusiveness and have people think they are some Foska-style derivative.

Similar style to Mattsaw, but normally don a hoodie if its a bit nippy in the morning.

I always think wearing a hoodie whilst riding strongly suggests you just knicked the bike!

It really depends, most lycra shorts bibs or shorts (endura not very baggy baggies if it's really nippy), a jersey of some kind, LS if it's cold or a SS with a long sleeve baselayer, if cool a SS and armwarmers, sometimes a craft light gilet, spesh sworks helmet, shimano spd shoes ohh and a smile most of the time

For 6 mile each way commute: full range of Aldi/Lidl/worn out cycling clothes layered according to conditions, Lidl MTB shoes, Tesco helmet. Recently I lost my Aldi gloves with the white panels on the back which I though were quite a good idea for giving clear signals in traffic, so having to wear old, black, worn out Alturas.

I only wear a waterproof if its raining properly, for which I have an Endura Laser II jacket in the saddle pack, along with Altura waterproof over shoes and Aldi overtrousers for if gets serious. If its cold but dry I have an Aldi soft shell jacket that is superb at keeping the breeze out.

    LiveStrong lid and S/S jersey
    Assos lycra shorts
    Gore gloves
    Shimano R086 shoes
    oh, and M-frame specs

Below 10C, a Nike Pro thin L/S baselayer

Don't tend to wear anything different if it's raining unless it's absolutely tipping down then just a Featherlite top to help keep me warm.
