Old Sidi plastic cleats

Short story: bad knees, tried Look, SPD, Time. Giving my old Campy clips and straps another go.

I use Sidi Hawaii shoes from the 90's and need to buy some new cleats. Anyone know if I can still buy these, or an alternative?
