Anyone know anything about them?
Having some issues over a sale via the BR classifieds and the seller seems to be the owner of or connected to Birmingham City Cycles
Their website is currently diverting to the hosting company and I am getting no response from email/PM or the phone and have seen references that they have gone out of business
Anybody shed any light on this and as I am beginning to think that I've been scammed...

I've always avoided them because I've heard nothing but customer service horror stories.
They are a legit business, though. I haven't heard of anyone getting outright scammed.0
