No riding last night, and just rememberd i said i was going to commute in this moring on the stead? maybe i'll ride home and then back again in the morning? nobbies on so maybe a detour is needed :wink:

Bacon result last night, online shopping arrived with extra streaky and smoked bacon that the wife didnt remember ordering!

Coffe has been consumed and waiting on brekki.

    Morning,

    7 mile ride this morning. Couldn't sleep so decided to go for a blast. Feels great!

    Coffee consumed, no breakfast on the horizon, might wait for lunch

    Oh, nearly 4 weeks given up smoking now so maybe some new shiney bike bits to congratulate myself with soon :-)

    Today = wellness fail, nasteeeeeh headache :(

    Need to get rid of it quick, out in the Peak tonight for a blast on the bike.

    Even started eating properly to fuel my active lifestyle. Not had a pie since last week.....cut out the chocolate too, although I'm not sure how long that will last. Museli with yoghurt and banana for breakfast, roast veg cous cous with spicy tomato sauce for lunch which I made last night and it took all my willpower not to just eat!!! Good news is I have banana cake to eat on the ride mmmm treats :)

    No bacons though!

    Out and about in Kent today, weather looks good, so let's hope the roads behave.
    Other than that, just another day of technical talk in another computer room.. where it takes 40 Windows dual QuadCore servers to do the same job that one Solaris box with 4 UltraSparc processors can do at a mere 30% CPU load. I love my job...

    t-1 til the lakes = more win, but alas so coffee as of yet... Fail!! :( Other fails this morning include my HTC deciding to go on it's time of the month, so it's basically just an expensive weight in my pocket atm, stupid bloody thing. Anyways got some errands to run today, should be fun, may just escape to the pub after work too, although finding ways of communicating with peeps is proving difficult without a functioning phone :roll:

    Working from home today again...lot's to do had some crumpets for breakie most yummy but no subsitute for bacons though...

    Looking forward to tomorrow and the weekend as it my stag do.....so lots of curry and beer...not looking forward though to being chained to a lampost with my obvious flaping round...

    feeling pretty tired today as went out sailing last night and it was about 20ish kts and pretty rough. Great fun but feeling it today! Just the morning at work today then not at work again till the 20th as got holiday to use up! Yays! Having a rest this afternoon me thinks.

    Finished work at 3 this morning and am now packing the bike in the car to go to the woods for a blast, feel flaked but need to ride!!

    Porridge for brekkers but will be abusing the cafe at the woods large!!

    Mornin'

    Stupidly windy down here last night, ride home was unfun. Knackered this morning despite good sleeps.
    Caffeine IV drip installed.
    Get to finish work at 1 apparently which is nice. Have to go to post office to send juicy 3s sold on fleabay to the nice man that bought them so saves me doing it in my lunch break.
    Hoping the caldera frame sells too and combined will give me about enough to buy a garmin 500.

    Tonight is remove creaky BB and clean time. Yay. Also fix slow puncture. Yay.

    Morning, last minute preps for tommorrows visit to the lakes. Sorted out my mates bike, because although i'm reasonably mechanically retarded, he is completely mechanically retarded, especially in the light of the fact he's a qualified motor mechanic (he now works in tesco)

    work later til 1 so now I intent to stick on my moustache and a pink vest top and hoover the house, freddy style!!
