Gear / Brake Cables.....

I've just snapped a gear cable and its reminded me that I've not changed the cables on either bike, well, ever (I've done 8000 miles this year, and had both bikes for a few years).
One bike goes to work every day in all weathers, the other is the race bike.
I've never bought replacement cables and arent really sure what to go for. Bikes have 10 speed 105 / Ultegra.
Is this going to be everything I need?

Is it worth spending more (less?!) or something different? If so what?

They will do the job but you could save yourself a few quid by just replacing the inner cables if the outers are still in good condition.0

I've had two sets of these kits and they are very, very good quality.

Another +1 for the Jagwire Racer kit - have it both my all weather commuter and my best bike - seriously good stuff and the teflon ("Ripcord") cables on the newer kits are just awesome0
