Great customer service from Chain Reaction Cycles.

My total order value was only £4.99. I ordered a humble seatpost clamp, hardly sale of the century for Chain Reaction Cycles.

The one that they sent was the wrong size. It wasn't even CRC's fault as the mistake was on the packaging.

Anyhow, upon hearing about the mistake, CRC are despatching the correct item out to me FOC, without having to return the old one.

    Same here--my item got lost in the post; CRC sent out a replacement as soon as the delivery deadline was up.

    So yes, really good customer service!

    They sent me a bottom bracket when i ordered a £2.99 bell. They sent a replacement straight away and refunded 50p more than the cost of the postage to return the BB. first time I've had anything approaching a problem with them.
