Replacing a Langster Integrated Headset

Stripping down and rebuilding a friend's 2009 Langster. All fine apart from the headset, which is shot. It is a cage bearing integrated HS. Is it possible to replace with a sealed bearing headset, or do I need to find one with bearing cages? Recommendations for for a value for money replacement?

    If the races are fine, the cheapest solution will be knew caged bearings off ebay (couple of quid) otherwise most reasonable integrated use a cartridge style sealed bearings.

    You just have to knock out those 'cups' then these will drop straight in...
