Shimano 105 Cassette compatibility

A quick query.

I'm replacing my cassette and chain on my 10 sp Shimano 105 equipped bike (2007 Trek 1400) but I have no idea whether it is 5600 or 5700. Will it make any difference which one I buy as this is the one I was looking at given its price:

You can use any Shimano 10-speed road or any SRAM 10-speed cassette.

It will be a 5600 but a 5700 will fit.
