Gear Changing Issue - Second Smallest Cog on Cassette

Guys, I have recently stripped and cleaned the bike. Fitted new BB, new cables and now finishing off.

However I have issues with gears 8, 17 & 26 - this is the second smallest rear cog T12;

When I change down (11 to 12, it jumps to the third cog, T14) likewise when chaning up, it jumps the the T12 cog again.

I can move the derailler manually over the T12 cog, and it runs fine.

I have set and resert the H & L limits on both derailleurs

The cables run nice with no kinks or sharps corners

I have also tried;
Micro adjusting the cable with the thumb adjusters on the levers
Re-adjusting the H limit
Taken the cassette off again and refitted

Can anyone suggest anything I can try ?

Thanks in advance

    checked the mech hanger.

    but it sounds like damaged/sticky cable at one point.

    Think I have solved it.

    At rest (when in T11) there was ever so slighty a bit of tension on the cable.

    Loosen the cable on the derailleur, slide it through about 1mm, and hey presto !

    Amazing what 'going back to something' does !

    Thanks
