garmin edge 800 cadence help

not sure where i should be posting this but here goes

having a few issues with my garmin edge 800. the cadence sensor registers with the unit and shows itself as active, however when i pedal, i dont seem to have any values appearing. anyone experienced this...

it was working perfectly last week and ive checked the alignments and they are fine. any ideas what could be wrong?

    check that you have set the "bike profile" to tell it that you have the sensor

    check that you have activated the correct bike profile if you have different setting for differrent bikes

    thanks piquet, figured it out. one of zip ties was a little loose so when i ride on the bumpy roads of north london i get a few mms shift knocking the sensors out. :lol:
