On the night of 29th May, my Specialized Hardrock A1 Comp (2001 model) was stolen in Weymouth, from the Pebble Bank Caravan Park. The bike was locked to my Thule bike carrier, which in turn was locked to the towbar of my car., situated outside the caravan I was staying in.
Sometime during the night, it was stolen. It was a wet, foggy night, no body else on the site saw/heard anything.
The bike isn't very common and a few years old now. Its hard tail, no suspension at all. Its predominantly black, silver in colour, with some red detail. Frame is 21", all straight bars, unlike the curved bars on newer Specialized bikes. It was fitted with distinctive blue DMR pedals and had red plastic fittings behind the seat and near rear wheel for attaching a rear rack and child seat, though the rack shown in photo below wasn't fitted when stolen.
Any info relating to it, would be greatly appreciated.
