Cycle Surgery Delivery

I ordered an item from cycle surgery yesterday and it didn't give me an option on delivery and came up as free. I was wondering if anyone has anyone had any idea how long things from there usually take to arrive?

My last order took 3 days. I received an email when it was sent.

My bike took about 3-4 days to arrive, the rear mech I bought took a week but that did include a weekend, and the order was placed late Friday afternoon
