Does anyone know where I can get these from?
They are small pieces of rubber that fit in the gap between the lever and the main body bringing the lever closer to the bar. I think Shimano make them in 5mm and 10mm sizes.

Not sure they work with the 6700. My Ultegra 6700 equipped Cube came with a set of spare shims in several sizes.0
