the new national forest cycle centre has just opened near to ashby de la zouch.went over for a look yesterday to check the trails. this centre is aimed at family and begininers but does have a decent blue run which is around 5 miles long and includes loads of rollers and berms .the surface is all weather so runs fast .its perfect for anyone looking to try out skills before venturing to cannock and more demanding red runs.

Yes, went to the opening, looks a good facility for families beginners and early intermediates. The guys involved have put a lot of effort in to get it completed.
