it comes from a military term describing drill

"i love drill, it is brill it makes my nob throb"

however, i do not love drill at all, it makes my knob small (down to about 8 inches)

What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?

In that case, I shall fold, although in defence at least moss side doesnt pretend to be a family seaside resort. I got a cheap deal to stay in a travel tavern type hotel once which described itself as handy for Blackpool and the pleasure beach, It was Charnock Richard, just south of Wigan, not the sea view I'd expected

I used to work in Moss Side 3 mornings a week on the whole it's not too bad thesedays but the area around Alexandra Park is a definate no no.

Nah, you're all trying to be funny, but facts is facts. Rhyl IS the most depressing place on earth.

I like rhyl but I have to concede that it has done the impossible in going downhill from a position not that far up the hill to begin with.

Having said that- worst place ever has to be Bradford, the place is twinned with a sewage farm in sh1ttown, sh1tsville the isle of sh1t.
The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns
momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.

That's what everyone worth knowing in Rhyl (apart from one notable person) actually did.
