Meaning of "I.C.E. compatible" on suspension forks

Hi All,

New to the forum...

I've broken my Suntour XCR LO forks, it's as though the shock absorber has seized.

I'm not particularly bothered about upgrading as these forks have served me well for 4 years.

I've been looking at some replacement forks and I looked at the spec on some forks and it said that the forks had I.C.E.

I know it's probably something really simple, but I don't know what it means.

Can someone PLEASE enlighten me.

It seems to be something to do with shifters/remote lockout levers. Have you got a lever on the bars to lockout the forks?
