Any good trails at Swinley Forest?

I'm planning a ride to Swinley Forest next week - I've heard good things about Swinley but haven't been before so was wondering if anyone had any routes/recommendations of where is best to ride?

    Lots but not easy to explain or find unless you know the place. We are planning a ride (kind of organised for 1pm on Saturday) if you'd like to come along.
    Keep an eye on the London Calling or Swinley threads in Rides.
    More likely to keep LondonCalling updated.

    cheers for the shout - I'm actually heading over there on Mon tho.

    presume it's just a case of following my nose when I'm there? are there any way-marked trails? or particular areas worth heading to?
