For 60 + miles i have a Choc For Goodness Shakes then sup from a can of Fanta. The shake provides all the vital vitamins & minerals & tastes great! The Fanta (or Orangina) provides the essential sugars & electrolytes used during the ride. A good stretch out & a shower then a peanut butter sandwich. Anything over 100 miles i eat a nice chicken pasta dish. A good nights sleep is most impirtant though!0

I keep seeing it mentioned all over the forum for that price but the cheapest I can find it on there is £18 odd.
Cheers
If you buy 5kg of their Impact Whey Protein, it's £39.99, so basically £8 per kilo. I have the chocolate flavour impact whey and mix a scoop with a bit of glutamine powder for a cheap recovery drink. I have bought Nurishment and For Goodness Shakes in the past and they are good too, but more expensive....Do not write below this line. Office use only.0
