Off centre rear skewer

Got standard MTB style skewer on my Gryphon disc, but cannot be tightned as the bracket for the trailer gets in the way. Apart from Campagnolo, what other skewers are off centre? I have one campag skewer and since it's off centre I rotate it until the lever can be pushed one side to the other without hitting the hitch. Got a Campag skewer spare but it's a bit short, not much visible thread past the drop out.
