DHB Aeron Pro bibs - sizing

After a bit of reading I think I'm going to get a set of the Aeron pro bib shorts. I do a lot of ling distance stuff and my current Altura Ergofit comps are OK over 50-60 miles but after that I'm getting a little pain. They have a Gel pad in and I'm hoping the pad in the Aerons will help.
I've also been getting a little chafing or something which has caused a pretty nasty lump to appear Rather annoyed as next week is my first 125mile+ sportive and I wanted to get some decent miles in this weekend and cant as it is rather painful to sit on the saddle. Hoping a week off the bike will do the trick.
I'm also hoping these shorts with a better pad in will help alleviate the lump problem too. So on to sizing. From what I have read they come up a little small. My dilema is I'm 6'3 but only 82kg so far from being chunky. My torso is a more normal size however and I have stupidly long legs so this may help. Anyone have these reccomend what would be best for someone with a 32" waist but slightly taller than norm??
Cheers

I'm heavier, 6' 2", have a 34" waist and have these in XXL. I'd go for XL in your case.Specialized Pitch MTB

I am interested in a pair of these too - how have you found them in terms of long ride comfort?0

Just make sure the muppets at Wiggle send you the right shorts.
I ordered the Aeron race bibs in blue at £59.99 and ended up getting sent the ordinary Aerons at £39.99, though they charged me for the full amount. The cheaper ones are a hideous china blue all over, and the pad is decidedly poorer.
