High pressure MTB tyres?

Do high pressure mountain bike tyres exist (road use tread) if the bike is really heavy and carrying a trailer. Think the bike weighs about 40kg alone (motor and two sets of lead acid batteries)

    Bike weight makes little difference. Chunky riders use normal tyres and they could easily be 80kg more than a light rider.

    Specialized tyres have the highest max pressures I've seen. They're not a patch on what a road tyre will go up to though.
