Campag Freewheel Hub Body

When Campag first switched to cassette and for a good while afterwards, the nut that kept the cassette body on had a lttle grub screw to secure it in place. Nowadays, the nut has no grub screw and is reverse threaded.
I know I am not the only one that has had this nut come loose, but just how tight should this nut be screwed on? Is it just a case of tightening it until it 'feels right', and so that it still allows the sprockets to spin freely. (Record hubs).
Poor bit of Campag design. Giv us a grub screw.
