Are my forks air or coil?

hi mate wonder if you could help (anyone else is also welcome), can you recommend the best fork to use on an Orange P7, currently using 09 Toro forks and don't know if they are Air or coil can you enlighten me please mate?

got a u turn dial on the top left leg and lockout dial top right mate0

Ps On my P7 on the bottom bracket tube there are what looks like to tiny arms of metal with a hole in each sticking up from it, any idea what they are for?0

If it's a U-Turn Tora it'll be coil.
The bits at the bottom-bracket are ISCG-mounts for fitting chain-devices.0 -
