Morning
Off to work......again, ah well, 1 down 6 to go. Just enjoying a lovely ham and dutch cheese bagel for a quick brekky now, I may have to top up with bacons or muffins later.
please feel free to discuss your day and plans for it in the space provided below
Until our paths once more may cross, I bid you a fond farewell

Yep and I'd already been up an hour, let that be a lesson to anyone who thinks train driving is the perfect job, plus I don't finish until almost 30

Joys of a Nursing Home for me. 12 hours of excessively foul smells. 1 down 1 to go then off for one and in for 50

cheers, you've just reminded me to get stuff for mojitos next weekend, I knew I'd missed something off my list. Nothing prepares you for a blast around whinlatter like a camp cocktail, I mean a cocktail on camp, not a camp cocktail, althought it is quite camp so perhaps a camp camp cocktail would better describe it, man I need a drink now0 -
Gonna be doing "Stuff" today.
I think that means loafing, then off to a birthday party tonight but will be driving!! So no getting smashed!! (My first emoticon!) i hope you like it.
Hope everyone has good weather for barbys, boozing and sun bathing.

Good moaning peeps!
For the first time I won something on a contest!
Had to guess the time of a portuguese cyclist on mtb race to win a jar of Gold Nutrition energy drink and another of Gold Nutrition Recovery drink.
result!
(I know it's not much but I'm easily pleased...)0 -
hello friends.
i hope you are having a smashing morning so far, i certainly am.
today is a BBQ for some of my friends who are going away but i had a call this morning to say they are being sent back a day early so cant come, luckily there are plenty of other folk coming over and we will have a good old time in their honour.
i might be the most prepared bbq chef of all time: all of the meat is cooked and in the oven resting. the pasta, rice salad, coleslaw and curried potatoe salad have been freshly prepared from scratch and i am at a loss as what to do now.
i think im gonna drink some scotch.
i look forward to hearing about your plans and hope you have a super day.0 -

I can't remember how to revise, and I really need to do some work for my Nebosh exams next week. So far all I've done is eat bacon and watch xmen cartoons.
Meh.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Hmm the Sgt Wilson approach eh? "I say my dear, would you mind terribly if I were to leave you in this ditch with your head pointing backwards? I trust it wouldn't be too beastly for you."
Yes I think that's a good approach to take, polite but a bit rapey, like Hugh Grant0 -

I wanted something similar when I go, I wanted my remains scattered (not cremated just scattered) and to be remembered as a bench on a trail with a plaque saying "in memory of Gaz Derry, hope you enjoy sitting on my face"
I'd also quite like one now with my name and "forgotten but not gone"0 -
Good Afternoon Freaks!
Today, I have mostly been fettling - pics later. TBH, not a pleasant fettle either. It was a case of if it's going to go wrong, it went wrong.
It is now raining and something has stung my foot.
Still, the Focus is now like a completely different (and new) bike.0 -
Afternoon world
Just got back from a ride out after getting up at 5am managed a 22 second mile according to Endomondo, i had smoke coming from the hubs  While out i found a new headset cover just have to work out how to mount it to the bars.
Got a pan full of bacon on the go with some of Burys finest black pudding chopped and ready to go in the pan. Sleep in a bit then may go sit in the beer garden for a few hours. What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?0 -
My day cr@p as expected but at least I've had some bacon, so everything's looking up0
