are these frames the same?

these frames are very very similar and the only difference i can see is the paul milnes decal and that the paul milnes frame is a bit dearer. but are they the same?

    Both are generic Far East 7005 alloy frames - they do look fairly similar - without a geometry chart it's hard to tell.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
