BB axle spacer (24mm) - where to buy?

I need to purchase a 5mm (width) BB axle spacer for a 24mm axle.

Not for the BB, but the axle itself...

Trying to find somewhere in the UK.

My LBS had some of these a while back that were a solid metal spacer rather than a comperession ring.

The trouble is, I would like 1 x 5mm (I have already ordered the wave washer)
