are you short on space but don't want to compromise small wheels, gears etc for a good ride? What alternatives have you considered?

I think Fliphandle was after recommendations for a folding bike. Its hard to tell.
If recommendations for a folder is what they were after, I would suggest an Airnimal.FCN 3: Raleigh Record Ace fixie-to be resurrected sometime in the future
FCN 4: Planet X Schmaffenschmack 2- workhorse
FCN 9: B Twin Vitamin - winter commuter/loan bike for trainees

I ride a Brompton so don't mind small wheels and the size of the fold is a winner for me.
There are large wheel folders out there though if you don't mind a larger fold size...
Dahon do them...

And Montague as well...

I like the look of Airnimals myself but they are still a smaller wheeled folder.
This is a good resource for info on folding bikes...

What an odd opening post, it reads like a spam/sales pitch. Theres a few foldy threads on here to search through.
What are your priorities fold over ride or vice versa? Makes a difference to recommendations0
