I saw sixteen cars parked in this last night and not a traffic warden in sight - . Does anyone know what the fine would be since Westminster must be losing out loads of cash. But more than money, I saw lots of cyclists forced out into the busy section of the road. Must really annoy London bicycle commuters.

Blocking a mandatory bike lane should be a police matter because it is obstruction rather than a parking issue. Try the local police non-emergency number.
  • Ignore me, wrong bridge.

I note that the bus lane operates until 7pm, but what about the cycle lane?.Does this mean that it too has a time limit?. Maybe some regular cyclist who use Waterloo bridge can answer this?.

As I head south across Waterloo Bridge from the gym after 9pm, there are always cars parked along the left from about midway along onwards. I assumed they were allowed to park there after a certain time....

Its a rare treat round here to find a bike lane without cars parked in it

They're allowed to park in it after 6.30. I cycle south across it around 10:30 every night and find the parked cars pretty easy to navigate without endangering myself. It's well worth giving yourself space for doors suddenly opening as you go by, however.
