Off to france tomorrow i have never been.
We are going to do marmotte route and others.
The galibier looks very scary descent what can we expect?
Hope the weather is nice for us.

    I enjoyed the Telegraphe, didn't think it was too bad.
    Alpe d'Huez was ok after the first few bends.

    Can't speak for the Galibier.

    Mentally prepare yourself for the length of the climbs.

    The descend of the Galibier is one of the fastest - cyclists have been clocked in excess of 110kph - how big are your cajones?
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Galibier descent is a good one. Plenty of people talk about the tunnels, but they are fine, just take your sunnies off before you go in. I'm envious, enjoy yourselves 8)

    Galibier is a fabulous challenge, but don't sacrifice the scenery for cheap speed.
