What the hell to do??

Again i am here

So my back wheel seems to have seized up and doesnt want to roll properly, i need a derailour and a chain as the bike is only in one gear at the moment, should i take this to a bike shop? i was thinking halfords or je james, does anyone know if this is a big job and how much does anyone think this would cost to fix?

Best off taking it to a bike shop if unsure what to do: could be many things and I think a mechanic is best looking at it.
