Help.....i can't feel my toes

well thats a bit of a lie, i can feel them fine now, but last night I went on a 20 mile ride.

About 10 miles in my toes were going numb, so i had to keep stopping getting off the bike standing hard on "numb" foot after a min or so it would go back to its normal self so i could continue

i've been wearing spd shoes for about a week or two now an this is the first time its happened......do my shoes not fit?

(loosen the straps on your shoes a little, I had this problem and was cutting the circulation enough to cause cold / numb feet)

Loosen your shoe up.

For what it's worth, my left shoe pretty much has to be really loose whatever shoe I wear to stop it going numb, whearas my right can be super tight.

cheers all, i will loosen em up an see how we get on, it doesn't effect me on my 6 mile commute, only on longer distances
