Bottom Brackets Es25, Es30, Es51 ???

Whats the difference.

My bottom bracket an ES30 the original one on my 2005 stumpjumper died yesterday and i cant seem to find anywhere that sells Es30 in 122mm.
What does anyone recommend i use and what the difference between the 3?

All the ES series are Octalink and will fit - the higher the number the better the bearings and build.

122mm is a rare size though, 121mm will be fine:

now would i be stupid paying £12ish more to get the ES51 compared to the ES25 ? Is there a noticable difference? and would i wear out 3 Es25's in the same time i would wear out 1 ES51?

I'm fairly certain that you want a 118mm spindle, if I recall this is the same for both FSR & HT in 2005. 68 shell, obviously. Could be different if S-Works or not a UK frame, maybe.

i originally though it was an 04 but then after looking through a few website it looks like it was and 05 bike but not the new 05 spec.
