cleat to toe strap adaptor?

Next dumb question :oops: Is it possible to buy adaptors that fit onto cleat pedals and convert them into 'non cleat' pedals, possibly with toe straps? What I want to be able to do is to use a bike with cleats for 'fun' and with normal shoes for popping down to the shops etc.

    Have a look for single sided spd pedals. It look like some of them might allow clips and straps to be attached on the non-spd side.

    Winwood Decksters and Exustar Platform Adapters don't let you use straps but are fine for casual use.
