just a quick post to see if anyone owns one which they have upgraded with stuff like a new headset and a bottom bracket, has anyone got any ideas and links to new products on a budget of around £40 for each part any help would be great i would have found the stuff myself but i am not really sure what parts i need and the lbs dont really have much choice.

    No point 'upgrading' the headset if the original is fine, likewise the BB unless your going to a better crankset that isn't compatable with the original.

    google is a great friend and was just thinking of getting a bb that i could put a superstar plasma chain guide on there so i think i would have had to upgrade the bottom bracket. :) thanks for the help guys
