Are there any home remedies that can be used to straighten a disc rotor? I warped it during a race yesterday - the wheel wouldn't rotate but now I have the disc fairly straightened out again. Its off by a few millimetres so its get around maybe half a revolution and then it rubs on the brake.

I have it off the bike but I'm trying to find things I can bend it against...

Leave rotor on the wheel, wheel on bike, mark the start and end of the warped section with a pencil (spin wheel slowly by hand looking down through the pads) and use an adjustable wrench to gently bend the rotor between your pencil lines - after each gentle bend spin the wheel to check. Repeat as necessary. If you're gentle with the wrench it shouldn't take too long to sort.
