I`ve got a Rockshox fork with dual air, Air - on the bottom and Air + on the top of the same fork leg. I haven`t got a problem with the pressure i need but would like to know what effect you would get by having the two chambers out of balance, ie more in one chamber than the other. Thanks.

Depends how far out of balance you run them.

Higher negative air pressure than the positive air pressure, the fork that is more sensitive to small bump inputs, so easier start to the travel, the fork may get sucked down a little into its travel too depending on how far out of balance the 2 pressures are.

Lower negative than positive pressure, it takes more to initiate the travel so the fork won't be as sensitive to small bumps but will suffer less from bob.

Go and try out a few different combinations to see what works for you.
