Planet X nanolight with 23mm tyres?

Hi

Tempted by one of these but put off by 'clearance for 22mm tyres'

Can any nanolight owners confirm if 23mm tyres will fit and how tight is the clearance?

    Yes they fit. I run 23mm Pro 3 Race.

    The closest bit is actually the front mech band - I'd say there's 2-3mm clearance between the tyre and the band.
    More problems but still living....

    How close is the tyre to the chainstay, and how do you rate the frame overall? Very tempted especially at £399!

    Mine is a High Mod - maybe the original Nanolight and the High Mod are different when it comes to clearance - not sure.

    On mine the clearance in the chainstay is pretty normal - its not so close that I've ever worried about it.

    But I think you need someone with the original Nanolight to reply.

    Ah yes the high mod has been increased to 24mm clearance. If 22mm is correct on the nanolight that really is a deal breaker.
