rear wheel bearing replacement - help

Hiya

Looking for a bit of help. The bearings in my rear shimano r10 were shot so this afternoon i attempted my first ever bit of rear wheel maintenance.

i have managed to do it...i think, but i wasnt sure just how tight the cone should be. can anyone tell me??

i hope i have done it tight enough but not overtight. i couldnt find a detailed example anywhere in my zinn road maintenance book (any recommended books which include this?), or on youtube.

Ideally if you put the wheel in the frame and just do the Q/R up lightly there should be a very small amount of play in the bearing. When the Q/R is done up properly this should disappear.
