3 weeks - 300+ miles

I got back on my bike after a 3 month absence on the 9th May 2011.
I have commuted every day since then and more so have made it my mission to extend my journey home to get some miles in.
My commute is less than seven miles. So initially I thought my target of 80-100 miles per week would be hard to achieve.
However, I have done it!
From my Garmin stats...
Count: 26 Activities
Distance: 310.85 mi
Time: 20:54:58 h:m:s
Elevation Gain: 2,411 ft
Avg Speed: 14.6 mph
Avg HR: 156 bpm
Avg Run Cadence:--
Avg Bike Cadence: 74 rpm
Calories: 20,442 C
I am extremely happy.
PS: Cadence sensor is connected to my Trek 1.2 - which I have only used once on commute - whilst Langster was in for repair. Also, have only used HR monitor twice.

Thanks!
Am aiming for another century this week.
Want to shift 3 pounds this week - which will take me under 14 stones for the first time in a very loing time.
Will probably have to add some cross training and rowing in to achieve that though - as weight loss from riding alone seems to have slowed down a bit. First two weeks I lost 3 pound per week, but only lost 1 pound last week.
