Geraint has to be the hot favourite to take the GC now too. I think it would be his first pro win* since he was a stagiaire at Saunier Duval.
GC with a TT and what seems like a sprint stage to come:
1 Michael Albasini (Swi) HTC-Highroad 14:58:17
2 Geraint Thomas (GBr) Sky Procycling 0:07
3 Wesley Sulzberger (Aus) FDJ
4 Johannes Fröhlinger (Ger) Skil - Shimano 0:12
5 Andreas Klier (Ger) Team Garmin-Cervelo
6 Nicki Sörensen (Den) Saxo Bank Sungard
7 Blel Kadri (Fra) AG2R La Mondiale 0:13
8 Pieter Serry (Bel) Topsport Vlaanderen - Mercator
9 Thibaut Pinot (Fra) FDJ 0:16
10 David Loosli (Swi) Lampre - ISD 1:21
11 Dirk Müller (Ger) Nutrixxion Sparkasse 2:43

Wiggo wins a race! GT also moves into the overall by 19 seconds, sounds like a great day for sky as EBH also in points jersey. It’s the most beautiful sport in the world but it’s governed by ***ts who have turned it into a crock of ****.0

Wiggo did great ride in TT and G looks like he will get overall.

Hell of a performance by the Paul Weller tribute act, too
Yes it would be fantastic to see G get a long overdue and thoroughly deserved pro win. Now there is a rider that deserves praise. It’s the most beautiful sport in the world but it’s governed by ***ts who have turned it into a crock of ****.0 -

Giacomo Nizzolo won the last stage of the Bayern Rundfahrt. The 22-year-old new professional Leopard Trek knew after a stage of 162.1 kilometers from Friedberg to Moosburg his first professional victory to reach the bunch sprint to win the German John Degenkolb (HTC - High Road) and the Norwegian Edvald Boasson Hagen (Team Sky)
The Briton Geraint Thomas (Sky Team) took the overall victory.0 -
EBH took the points jersey too. Fair play to Sky; the kind of race they should sew up I suppose but only a team of 5 for 3 of the 5 etapes0
