Campag for BB30

I'm thinking of buying campag Centaur for my 2010 Caad9. It currently has the press in adapter in the bb shell as it came with Tiagra, which I've put on my winter bike. Is it best to leave this in and get standard campag bb cups or have it removed and buy the campag bb30 cups?
Or, to best use a BB30 frame should I forget campag and go Sram Rival with S950 cranks?
I've tried both groupsets and like aspects of both - no real prefernce.

For simplicity, go for the UT press-in BB30 adaptors - it'll be lighter and you're less likely to suffer from a mis-alignment due tolerance build-up. If you've got a Campagnolo drivetrain, then best stick with their cranks purely from an aesthetic perspective.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

So you reckon the best thing is find a Cannondale dealer and get them to remove the adaptor then get them to fit the new groupset with the UT BB30 cups? The dealers down here in Devon don't seem to be too sure about this procedure so it would involve going further afield.

Is the whole BB30 thing overated or an avenue worth pursuing?
