I have been keeping my eye out for frame upgrades as my enduro frame is getting on a bit. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and I have just replaced all the bearings.
However, I was just wondering if there would be any noticeable improvement. I'm thinking that the A1 to M5 might shave a 3 or 4lb off and give me a slightly more trail oriented ride, rather than all mountain.
Also would the brain fade fox shock be better than an RP23 with propedal?

Not sure about the frame weights, would recommend the RP23 over the Brain shock as I seem to recall many reviews complaining about it's performance.
RP23 is always rated.0 -
thanks - I have just checked its a 196 x 45 shock, so I will work out if my 207 x 57 will fit, I think it probably will as the enduro was a 193 x 50.
I like the RP23 its amazingly soft and bob free at the same time0
