Who:
Anyone who feels like an adventurous ride around the welsh mountains, this ride is more than rideable as an intermediate rider (or above) however begineers or those who arent used spinning up hills (just keeping forward motion until the top) may struggle a little.

All riders will need to remember that the centre is a trail centre, so other riders will be present. it is comon mountian bike courtesy to move over is approached from behind so as not to hinder of slow anyone else's ride. Dont worry if you get shouted at by the rider as they approach this is normal (so they can tell you which way they are passing you)

What and Where:
South Wales - Afan, Plan is to ride a one oft he many trails available, such as the 'Wall' that gives the trail its name is a thrilling final descent. The trail is great and really was all year round rideable with a few puddles some larger and with steeper walls than others. Anyone thinking of giving it a go should do so. It's great as long as you're up for a bit of bouncy rollercoaster riding. It's not suitable for total novices and in worse weather 'gentle' or 'reluctant partner' riders might prefer to take another route but otherwise it rocks. Make sure your back brake is up to scratch before the last 2 sections too.
