with judgement like that, it's better he is riding a bike and not actually driving0
-
apart from riding like a berk, it was nice how people stopped to see if he was ok !?!0

Dumb f*ck !! Serves him right. I have no sympathy for idiots like that, or the other idiot who squeezed through moments after !
I hope that the driver of the bus and black pick up claimed against him for damages to their vehicles !!!!
And people wonder why cyclists get a bad name :roll:Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved0 -
That bit where he slams his bike against the shop shutters, I think the bike should have thrown him against the shutters.0

The bike would never have been so stupid to try it.....you can see the bus is moving off....he needs better brakes as well as a new front wheel.0 -
(I can't stop laughing!!!!)

Surprised the driver of the black pickup didn't get out? Surely there must be some damage to his vehicle from the rider's stupidly narrow bars?

There's only one word for that cyclist.

Even though he was an idiot, still shocking that no-one makes any attempt to check if he's ok!0
-
People were obviously concerned. However, he stood up quickly and flounced off with a wrecked bike so he was obviously OK.
He's a very lucky chap not to be severely hurt. If he always rides like that though, he'll be hurt soon enough.0 -
What a nob. Glad he wasnt hurt - and hopefully he'll be a bit more cautious next time.0

Yes people were concerned, but they just stood there, he didn't bolt straight back up, there was a moment where nothing was happening. Also, just because someone stands back up doesn't mean they are OK. Shock can make you feel like you're fine when you seriously injured, I've seen people argue they are OK dispite being covered in blood, it's only when they see themselves in the mirror that the suddenly realise they are hurt - then they feel the pain!0 -
Unfortunately this is the problem with a lot of fixed gear riders these days. The bike is just a fashion accessory so when it comes to actually riding the thing they hit the retardasion button and go all silly billy
Bless him. Lets hope it didn't spoil is hair0 -
I was driving home last night in the rush hour, crawling along through town. This jogger came the other way, on and off the pavement, overly serious with his training face on and all the gear. As he ran past in the road he slammed in to my car, presumably trying to prove I was too near the pavement. Further proof that pedestrians, cyclists, and motorist can all be tossers. [in this case I mean the pedestrian]0
