I'm looking for a bike, maximum value of £550.
I want it for commuting (not long distances, usually around 2 miles each way)
80% of my cycling will be on road, and about 20% across playing fields etc.
I live in quite a hilly area and am a bit overweight so want to use this as exercise. To keep me motivated i want it to be a bike i will enjoy riding!
I've narrowed it down to Trek 7300, Cube LTD CLS Pro and Scott Sportster 40.
They're all front suspension (with lockout). All hybrids with 700c wheels.
Which have better components in terms of gears, breaks etc. I dont understand all the shimano ranges!
Which would you reccomend? have you had any experience with any of the above bikes?
I'm looking to purchase ASAP so if you know of any deals on any of them too, please let me know
Thanks
Andy
