Helmet Advice

Hi Guys,
I spotted a similar thread a while back but I couldn't find it again - I'm in need of advice, I feel like a tool in my helmet. I caught myself in the mirror yesterday and my helmet looks gigantic, almost like its balancing on my head. A bit like this:
Fit wise my current helmet feels okay (bit heavy) (http://tinyurl.com/432t7oh), I purchased it without really thinking I'd get into cycling as much as I have done and the shop had limited selection.
Anyway I'm after something low profile/smaller, does anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking about a Specialized Propero Helmet http://tinyurl.com/3cwkf4x, budget is up to about £70 but might stretch if really good.

I have a Boardman road helmet from Halfords, I really like it, nice an open and airy and doesn't look naff, the bling benefit of a chunk of genuine carbon fibre is also not to be underated!
Only minus I've found is the lack of an insect/debris mesh across the front vents, I have no other issues AT ALL, straps don't creep, sweat bands are removeable, no damage to the styrene as the outer shell comes to all the main edges.
