to be honest i think these games are a rip off,
The on line section on consoles is laggy compared to PC, and the PC on line play was gimped. And the single player section of the last i completed in about 5-6 hours of play. For over £40 i expect alot lot more.0 -

Agreed, but I was commenting the other day that PC games are becoming [and I use this term loosely] "harder" to buy
You either need to buy them on line or from specilaist retailers. The two large Tesco stores I frequently shop at just don't stock PC games and niether does the large Sainsbury store in Basingstoke.
They have every console game there for PS3, Xbox and Wii..
I do wonder just how much of a future the PC games have?0 -
On-rails shooters like recent COD games are not really my bag.
Now, Battlefield 3 - hopefully something to look forward to for us PC gamers. You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0 -

Problem is the content of console games is normally pathetic... I mean we had KOTOR ont he pc was a superb RPG game so they decided to realease the secodn for console and the PC, the content was not as good and all the controls/interface had been limited to make it simpler for consoles
Last game that made me really play it was Star Craft 2. nothing else recently has really made me care there all the damn same lol0 -
Clearly the most awesome game of 2011 is released three days after MW3 ... Elder scrolls 5: skyrim will consume the lives of geeks the world over and will no doubt completely destroy my social life and first year of uni0

Battlefield 3 looks good, but i've not been on me PS3 in weeks, so it's unlikely i'll fork out the cash for it in reality.
Lol what you mean is you want a game with minimal depth and intelligence use hehe damn mouse spammers FPS players
Still like a bit of FPS mind, but im getting back to my grass roots of gaming at the moment, RTS0 -
cod is shite, utter garbage, ever since cod4 nothing has lived up to it or changed in a significant way enough to make them worth spending more than a tenner on. and videogames are shite to begin with.0

I know MW was good, But MW2 was crap wasn't it if i remember? with zones that leveled with you and so on? totally easy and another example of a good RPG damaged for release on consoles?
Im sure it's this one.0 -

sadly enough I have over 400 hours of gameplay on oblivion, got all the add ons, got all the achievements and I've done pretty much every quest there is, I even have a glass helmet, well about 50 actually, gotta love how you can clone objects so easily0 -

And if it doesn't run on my pc I'm going to sob like a little girl.0 -
I don't understand why there's so much awe that a game on a regular release schedule has been announced that the next sequel is going to be released on the normal schedule.
Let me have your mobile number, and I'll keep you hyped up for the rest of your life by texting yuo each night...

Battlefield 3 for me...
Loved COD MW2, then got Black Ops and sold it as it was terrible..
Play Battlefield BC2 every Wednesday night with a bit of GT5 beforehand.0 -
Not as excited as I was when a giant box of testing goodies turned up this morning. I had to change my underwear twice unpacking it.0

The boys will play cod while the men play Battlefield.
When you consider I chose to get Bad Company 2 shipped over from UK for PS3 rather than Black Ops (despite having it on xbox...need my online play), it tells you all you need to know.
And yes, PC FPS experience is better. Easier to play against your mates using console though (unless your pals all have kick ass gaming rigs).
And Elder Scrolls V? I'd rather they just concentrated on making more Fallout games. Can't be arsed with orcs and wizards pishFormally known as Coatbridgeguy0 -
