Route recommendation City to Sittingbourne

Friday afternoon I shall be heading south east to see my parents. Rather than get the train I'm thinking of cycling down, providing the weather is nice.

Could anyone recommend a route from the City (Old Street) to Sittingbourne in Kent. A Garmin compatible route / course would be handy.
